We’re working on a fix and will update this article when we have more information. I finally got it to work but I have no idea why it works. Here is the process as Winhelp online posted it: > Close the Windows Live Mail window. WLM loggged into and downloaded messages and was also able to send messages. It worked fine for 2 years and then quit. The author suggested to set up three entries in the WIN regsitry that would recreate three indexes. You may receive a connection error if you configured your account as IMAP in multiple email clients. I went throught the same problem using Windows Live and my AT&T email address.
